My name is Giuseppe Cappai but everyone calls me Peppe. I am an Personal Fitness Trainer, Functional Training Instructor, Spinning® Instructor and IDC Staff Instructor PADI. For years I have been involved in the wellbeing and physical form of people. In essence, I help my clients achieve the results they want through training based on their individual and personal characteristics.

A CUSTOMIZED GUIDE FOR YOUR TRAINING

Working with a Personal Trainer is very different from working alone. In fact at any gym the ratio instructor / customers is often 1 to 20-30 (one instructor for every 20-30 customers). This means that we practically have to train without guidance. But a qualified personal trainer involves a significant cost which not everyone can afford or is willing to pay.
After years of experience in the field and hundreds of people trained, with the help of a dedicated application and the collaboration with a nutritionist, I decided that it is the time to propose an online coaching service.

In order to obtain visible effects, you should follow the training program for 6 to 8 weeks on average.
